| Customer Reviews: USB Networking June 11, 2000 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
I found that this product made networking between 2 computers very easy. I set up and had the network running in less than 30 minutes from the time I opened the box. This is a great product but my only complaint is the speed. I wish it were 10 mbps, which this one is only 1.
Works nicely! January 19, 2001 Haven't had a problem with the unit, however had problems installing the software. That didn't matter though, since I just used Microsoft ICS that comes with Windows 2k. 1Mbit/s is kinda slow, but for internet sharing and file, it's very sufficient. I can live without it (since I'm using my cable modem), but I'm sure my roommate can't!! She connects to the internet using my machine and the diamond homefree. Note that you need at least two to talk.
